Description

tesa Precision Crepe® 4342 consists of a flat, extremely thin, and tear-resistant washi paper backing coated with an age-resistant acrylate adhesive. It was specially developed for masking applications that require absolutely flat, precise, and sharp paint and varnish edges—ideal for demanding painting and varnishing jobs as well as multi-color painting. Thanks to its comfortable roll-off force and soft backing material, the tape is easy to apply, conforms well to surfaces, and is gentle on the fingers. tesa 4342 is manufactured in Germany according to the latest production and environmental standards and can be used both indoors (up to 2 months) and outdoors (up to 3 weeks). Thanks to its high temperature resistance of up to 150 °C for 30 minutes, it is also ideal for painting applications followed by oven drying and is compatible with both water-based and solvent-based paint systems.
