How can I apply?
Since our founding, we have grown very quickly. We are in a very dynamic market environment where new challenges arise every day and others are resolved. Our job postings are not classic "open positions" that we want to fill. The postings are different areas of responsibility that we will expand sooner or later.
We do not tailor employees to a position, but want to tailor a position for each employee. If you apply to us, we will list you as an interested party in the relevant department and would contact you if we see an area of responsibility tailored to your persona. Our market environment and company situation are constantly changing. Therefore, you will not receive a blanket rejection or an invitation to an interview from us, but you will hear from us if we can offer you a suitable position at that time.
In a short phone call, the general conditions are clarified before we may meet in person.
In the further course, a trial day often offers itself after the interview, during which you can get to know your team and the daily work routine at Altruan.
