Problem: Devices cannot connect via Bluetooth or lose the connection during the test. Suggested solutions:

• Use the original adapter: Make sure you’re using the original adapter and cable.
• Software and App: Install the official Pluslife app or software. Here are some helpful videos:
  
• Bluetooth settings: Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that the software is allowed to access Bluetooth devices.

Add your collapsible row content here. If it's set to open one row at a time, consider keeping the content in each row roughly the same length.

Problem: Devices do not heat up properly or turn off after a short time. Suggested solutions:

• Use the original adapter: Use the original adapter and cable that came with the device.
• Travel adapter: If you’re in the U.S., use a travel adapter that’s compatible with the original adapter.
• Use your laptop as a power source: Try powering the device through your laptop to see if it turns on.
• Record a video: Record a video showing how you connect the device and any error messages that appear. This can help with troubleshooting.

Problem: Devices often produce invalid test results. Suggested solutions:

• Fully dissolve the reagents: Make sure the reagents in the test card are completely dissolved before inserting the card into the device.
• Start the test immediately: Insert the test card into the device and start the test right away.
• Sample quality: Avoid collecting mucus when taking a sample, as this can lead to invalid results.
• Check the results: Compare the results with successful tests and verify whether any kit components or lots have been changed.
