For detailed information on shipping methods, delivery times, or individual requirements, we’re always happy to assist you personally. Even for larger order quantities or special shipping requests, we’ll work with you to develop customized solutions.

We ship worldwide: within Germany, usually as early as the next business day; throughout Europe, in about 2–5 business days. For deliveries outside of Europe, the delivery time depends on the destination country.

  • Standard Shipping (2–3 business days)

    • Orders up to €39.98 (including tax): €3.95 (including tax)
    • Orders of €39.99 or more (including VAT): free

  • Premium Shipping (1–2 business days)

    • Can only be ordered by phone
    • Next business day delivery by 12:00 p.m.: €25.99 (including tax)
    • Delivery by 8:00 p.m. the next business day: €19.99 (including tax)

  • Standard shipping for orders of 20 kg or more

    • Orders from 20 kg up to a full pallet: free of charge
    • Pallet shipping: individual terms
    • Express shipping: Available within Germany upon request!

Return Shipping

If your merchandise is defective, we will arrange for free return shipping on your behalf. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to report an incorrect or damaged delivery so that we can handle all further steps for you. If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy for the exact refund procedure.

Information on the Obligation to Accept Returns of Packaging Materials

Under the current Packaging Act (VerpackG), Section 15(1), Sentence 1, we are obligated to accept the following packaging materials from end consumers free of charge:

  • Transport packaging, such as pallets, bulk packaging, etc.,
  • Sales and outer packaging that typically does not become waste for private end consumers after use,
  • Sales and outer packaging for which participation in a recycling system is not possible due to system incompatibility pursuant to Section 7(5), and
  • Sales packaging for goods containing hazardous substances, or
  • reusable packaging.

Appropriate packaging material is used for product delivery, and we accept its return free of charge. In this way, we ensure that the packaging material is returned to the recycling cycle. By providing information about return options, we aim to achieve better results in the return of packaging and ensure a contribution toward meeting the European recycling targets under EU Directive 94/62/EC.

As an end consumer, you can return the packaging material at the location of actual delivery or in its immediate vicinity.

1. What shipping options do we offer?

  • We ship worldwide. Depending on the destination and size, your shipment will be sent via DHL or GLS.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. usually leave our warehouse the same day.
  • Throughout Germany: Deliveries usually arrive at their destination within one business day.
  • Some deliveries are made on Saturdays.
  • Shipments throughout Europe take about 2–5 business days.

2. Is pickup available?

  • Pickup at our logistics center is not available. We have an Altruan delivery service that serves our regional customers. We’d be happy to include you on our delivery route. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact our sales team.

3. Did you not receive all of your items?

We apologize if you do not receive your entire order. Often, your order is shipped in multiple packages, which allows the shipping carrier to deliver the remaining items at a later date. 

For large orders or orders containing items with varying availability, we ship the items in stock first. The remainder of the order will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. If your shipment is affected by this situation, we will notify you immediately.
