The tesa 7140 Roll Masker HT is a high-performance combination of the proven 7140 masking tape and the high-temperature-resistant 4380 HDPE film. It was specifically developed for large-area masking in multi-color vehicle painting directly in the OEM paint shop. This integrated solution of adhesive tape and film reduces process times and material consumption compared to individual hood solutions, while ensuring a reliable, reproducible masking process. The tear-resistant adhesive tape enables quick, dry demasking after the drying process, while the statically charged HDPE film significantly minimizes the risk of overspray and paint contamination on the body. A special tesa dispenser is available for particularly ergonomic handling. tesa 7140 supports efficient masking processes during high-temperature drying and ensures sharp paint edges and clean paint adhesion.
