Beschreibung

HydroTac® transparent (Comfort) ist ein innovativer Hydrogelverband zur Behandlung trockener oder leicht exsudierender Wunden im Granulations- und Epithelisierungsstadium. Die transparente Wundauflage gibt kontinuierlich Feuchtigkeit ab und nimmt eine geringe Menge Exsudat auf, wodurch ein ideales feuchtes Wundmilieu geschaffen wird. Dank eines Wassergehalts von ca. 60 % unterstützt HydroTac® transparent effektiv die Wundheilung durch Stimulierung der Granulation und Epithelisierung. Die Transparenz ermöglicht eine permanente Wundinspektion, ohne den Verband abnehmen zu müssen, und sorgt für einen atraumatischen Verbandwechsel. Die semipermeable Schicht schützt zuverlässig vor dem Eindringen von Bakterien, während der hautfreundliche Klebefilmrand eine sichere Fixierung ohne zusätzliche Materialien gewährleistet. Auch zur Anwendung im äußeren Augenbereich während Vollnarkosen geeignet.
