Description

The HydroTac® Border Multisite wound dressing is specially designed for the treatment of wounds in the granulation and epithelialization phases with low to moderate exudation. This foam dressing offers a unique combination of hydrogel and polyurethane, which ensures optimal moisture regulation in the wound microenvironment. The outer layer is fluid- and microbe-impermeable and protects against bacteria and contaminants. Thanks to the hydrogel coating, the wound remains moist, which prevents sticking and allows for atraumatic dressing changes. The circumferential adhesive border with notches ensures a perfect fit to the body’s contours, eliminating the need for a secondary dressing.
