Details

Cosmopor Silicone is a sterile wound dressing that can be gently removed thanks to a skin-friendly perforated silicone adhesive layer. It does not stick to the wound or surgical stitches, yet still provides strong hold. The wound dressing is conformable and cushioning, breathable and at the same time water-repellent. Additionally, Cosmopor Silicone has high absorbency and high retention capacity. The viscose wound pad absorbs wound exudate and transfers it to the superabsorbent fibers. There, the exudate is permanently enclosed, preventing it from returning to the wound.

The wound dressing thus enables gentle care for skin with high demands.
