Description

A compression bandage is effective only if pressure is distributed evenly across the limb. Otherwise, pressure peaks occur at the shin bone, ankle, and Achilles tendon, while gaps form in the calf hollows. CompriFoam is the foam bandage that provides this balance—it distributes pressure evenly and prevents constriction.

It is used under compression bandages for phlebological and lymphological indications, such as under Comprilan. In addition, it is suitable as padding material under synthetic support bandages in orthopedics. The material is breathable and permeable to moisture and vapor.
