The B.Braun Sterican® standard cannulas in various sizes are individually sterile packed and are suitable for intramuscular, subcutaneous, intravenous and intraarterial injections. The tube of the thin-walled cannula is made of stainless chrome-nickel steel with an extremely smooth surface. The special facet cut and a finely dosed silicone coating ensure a painless puncture. The transparent Luer lock plastic attachment made of polypropylene is color-coded according to ISO 6009 (color assignment according to outer diameter), so that the right size can be selected for the different indications at first glance.
