The dosing unit takes the guesswork out of the process and, using the Venturi principle, delivers a reliably consistent mixing ratio between 1:8 and 1:1000—at 14 liters per minute—depending on the selected dosing nozzle.

It is used to fill floor cleaning machines, sprayers, and similar equipment with a ready-to-use solution—ideal, for example, for consistently diluting workshop floor cleaners. The unit is suitable for acidic, neutral, and alkaline products. Any number of dosing units for different products or mixing ratios can be connected in series using a single water connection. It comes with a hose and a pressure switch.

Mount it on the wall in a workshop or car wash area, select the desired dosing nozzle, and attach it to the water connection. A pressure regulator is recommended in case of water pressure fluctuations.

Key Features

Mixes cleaning concentrate and water in a fixed ratio

Mixing ratios 1:8 to 1:1000, flow rate 14 l/min

For acidic, neutral, and alkaline products

Prevents material waste caused by manual premixing

Multiple units can be connected in series to a single water supply

Includes a hose and pressure switch; for wall mounting

Durable and easy to install

Applications

Workshop

Portal car wash

Car wash

Summary

The wall-mounted unit that always mixes the same way—thereby stretching the concentrate instead of wasting it.
